THE VIRUS — “HOPE”!!

THE VIRUS -- "HOPE"!!

My Dear Friends and Fellow Servants,

I’m writing to you because of our common concern about COVID-19. Please allow me to spend a minute with you to share our position and ministry response during this critical time.

First, let us not forget who we belong to. As God’s people, our trust should be firmly planted in Him! For “...some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the Lord our God.” (Psalm 20:7) Often we tend to trust in what is tangible and what seems certain, but in times like this God reminds us that His love is the only thing that we can ever truly count on. Regardless of what’s going on around us, we can live with confidence and joy, knowing that nothing “...shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord!”

Secondly, let us pray for one another, for our friends, loved ones, national pastors, and ministry leaders here at home and around the globe. For our president, government leaders, first responders, and all those on the front lines of this pandemic. “And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.” (I John 5:14-15)

Lastly, because of the pace and uncertainty of this crisis, we are continually monitoring the situation. With the operations of DWM reaching so many places here and abroad - we rely on feedback from our leaders in the field. Upcoming conferences, institutes, mission endeavors, and the humanitarian needs of national pastors are being evaluated on a daily basis. Please pray for God’s continued wisdom and direction!

  • We will continue our forward momentum in spreading the Gospel; here and worldwide.
  • Any campaigns or meetings that need to be changed because of a concern for the safety of those involved; will be rescheduled on a three-month priority basis.

In closing. If we can ever serve you in any way, please do not hesitate to reach out. We love you and we are praying for God’s comfort and protection in the days ahead.
